Polygel Spray 50

Polygel® Spray 50 is a sprayable, 1:1 mix, system which can be easily meter-mixed and sprayed through low-cost, portable equipment such as the Model VS-3000 Sprayer from Spray-Tech, Inc. This rubber is ideal for making larger-scale blanket molds where brushing is too time-consuming or economically impractical. Polygel® Spray 50 is great for architectural restoration molds, molds for new ornamental elements, art foundry molds, as well as other applications where wax, plaster, GFRC, other concrete mixes or limited castings in resin are to be made.

Polygel Spray 50 is a Shore A~50, 1:1 mix, spray-on, polyurethane liquid mold rubber designed for making thin, flexible molds of larger, complex originals. Both liquids are low viscosity which, when mixed using a portable Plas-Pak sprayer or more sophisticated spray equipment, self-thicken to a creamy consistency ideal for quickly creating blanket or glove molds of complex objects.
