Specialty Molding/Casting Materials

In addition to Polytek's more traditional liquid mold rubbers and casting plastics, we offer an alginate mold compound called Hydrogel which is safe for skin contact when making molds of the human form (life casting). Two wax products are also available - one for making molds of hands and feet (Poly Skin-Wax) and the other for casting models that can be carved and easily tooled then reused if needed (Poly Wax 15).
