TinSil 80-15
TinSil 80-15 is part of a new series of tin-cured silicone mold rubbers from Polytek that are designed to offer reduced shrinkage upon cure and during casting, longer storage/library life once cured and longer useable mold life. TinSil 80-15 is a 1A:10B mix ratio tin silicone with a soft, A~15 hardness and a tough, snappy, high-tear cure. The highest performance materials and processes have been used to develop this next-generation tin silicone for the most demanding casting applications. As with other Polytek silicone mold rubbers, TinSil 80-15 can be used to cast all media without release agents. TinSil 80-15 can be poured as supplied or thickened with TinThix liquid additive.
