Manufactured Stone Veneer

Polyurethane liquid mold rubbers are the mold material of choice when casting manufactured stone veneer. Poly 74-Series rubbers such as Poly 74-20 capture every detail of the stone master and have an unmatched lifetime compared to other polyurethane, latex and hot melt systems. Poly 74-20 releases extremely easily, reproduces color consistently, is dimensionally stable and is virtually indestructible. Poly 74 Series cast stone molds are easy to make and use since a block mold does not require a shell/support and is very flexible and durable.
