PolyPoxy® 6005 a white, thixotropic, room temperature curing (RTV) surface coat epoxy. designed for quality reproduction of a variety of surfaces. This epoxy is a general purpose surface coat formulated for the fabrication of laminated tools, including dies, foundry patterns, core boxes, and router, trim and inspection fixtures. When cured, this resin system provides a hard, tough, and chip-resistant surface.
This non-sag formula has a pot life of 18 to 22 minutes, a demold time of 8 to 12 hours, and cures to a Shore D89 hardness.
