Ultimate Top Coat Flooring

Ultimate Top Coat is a 2-part, high-solids, water-based, aliphatic polyurethane, available in both a high-gloss and satin-gloss finish.

The excellent UV resistant, mar-resistant, and chemical resistant nature of this product will cause it to outperform most other types of sealer or topcoats, without the unwanted smell of solvents. Designed for professional use, it is specified as the finish coat for moderate to severe chemical environments, or in medium-heavy traffic areas. This product can be used for garage floors, decorative floors, restaurant floors, food processing facilities, and much more.
