Typically, orders for regularly stocked products are processed and shipped within two (2) to three (3) business days from the date the order was placed. Custom or special order products are typically processed and shipped within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date the order was placed, pending Quality Control approval.
Please note that these processing and shipment times do not include holidays and weekends.
