How to Make a Rubber Stamping Mat for Concrete [Cobblestone Model]

In this video, we demonstrate how to make a concrete stamping mat out of polyurethane rubber. We use cobblestone as our model and Poly 75-80 as our rubber mold material.

Steps: 

1. Select Real Cobblestone 0:40

2. Create Pattern & Mold Box 0:48

3. Brush a Sealing Agent onto the Porous Surface 1:47

4. Apply & Brush on a Release Agent 2:17

5. Configure Handle Placement 2:51

6. Weigh & Mix Rubber 3:26

7. Pour Rubber 4:16

8. Spray Release Agent to Help Remove Surface Air Bubbles 5:03

9. Carefully Demold 5:28
