Product Options
Standard Mold Making & Casting Polyurethane Rubbers
Poly 74-Series, 75-Series & 81-Series products are standard mold making and casting polyurethane rubbers. These series offer a variety of Shore Hardness options (Shore A20-D45), pour times, and demold times. Softer hardness options are in the Poly 74-Series while harder options are in the Poly 75-Series and 81-Series.
Fast-Setting Polyurethane Rubbers
PT Flex Series are fast-setting, rapid demold polyurethane systems developed specifically for prototyping and model making applications. This series offers a wide range of Shore Hardness options (A20 – A85). Most PT Flex products have simple, 1A:1B mix ratios and have 4 to 5-minute pour times and 2-hour demold times.
Brush-On & Spray Polyurethane Rubbers
Polygel® Series mold rubbers are self-thickening and ideal for making thin blanket molds of any size. Brushable and sprayable options available.
