PolyPoxy® 6060 Surface Coat Epoxy

PolyPoxy® 6060 a blue, room temperature curing (RTV) surface coat epoxy designed for quality reproduction of a variety of surfaces. This epoxy is a general purpose surface coat formulated for the fabrication of laminated tools, including dies, foundry patterns, core boxes, and router, trim and inspection fixtures. When cured, this resin system provides a hard, tough, and chip-resistant surface.

PolyPoxy® 6060 a has a pot life of 30 to 35 minutes, a demold time of 12 to 16 hours, and cures to a Shore D89 hardness.
